Kahayadrivers provides the driver; you provide your own or hired vehicle. Request hourly or daily help, a drive after a night out, or vehicle collection and delivery. Matching depends on location, time and drivers accepting the request.

Hourly, daily and late-night driving

Choose hourly service in half-hour increments, from half an hour up to 24 hours, or whole-day service. Late-night hours are 10 PM–6 AM Kenya time. Only drivers who opt in to night work can match those requests; night hourly prices can differ.

Review the driver and price before paying

Add your pickup county, location, destination and start time. Drivers who can take the request respond with their rate. Review accepting drivers, select one, then pay a 50% deposit or the full amount through M-Pesa. Availability is checked again at payment.

Meet, start and complete your journey

Keep your private start code until your driver arrives. Share it to start the booked journey. If you paid a deposit, the balance is prompted at the start. Confirm completion after the journey; reviews are available for paid, completed trips.

What does driver approval mean?

Identity and driving-licence documents are reviewed before approval. Profiles show experience, languages and reviews from paid trips where available. Approval is a document-review step, not a guarantee about every journey.

Where can I request a driver?

Choose your actual pickup county and time. Public profiles show a driver’s listed county, not guaranteed coverage or live availability everywhere in it. If there is no suitable response, contact customer care. Our ambition to reach all 47 counties is not a current service guarantee.

What should I confirm?

You need permission to use the car and to have the chosen driver drive it, including for a hired vehicle. Agree the route, waiting or extra time, vehicle handover and any expenses. Contact support about changes, cancellations or payment disputes; no universal free-cancellation policy is published here.
